Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in the showroom, providing expert advice on design options and products
- Create and present design concepts, including layouts, color schemes, and furniture selections
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and guiding them through the design process
- Manage the sales process from consultation to final sale, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Stay updated on the latest interior design trends, products, and materials
- Collaborate with the design team to develop innovative and functional solutions for clients
- Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services
Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Interior Decorating, Interior Design, or a related field
- Experience in sales, preferably in a showroom or retail environment
- Strong portfolio demonstrating your design skills and creativity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite) is an asset
