Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role is required, preferably in a retail or flooring industry setting.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software, databases, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
