Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Janitorial professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of various facilities, ensuring a clean and safe environment for all occupants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform regular cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming of floors and surfaces.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to maintain high hygiene standards.
- Empty trash receptacles and ensure waste is properly disposed of.
- Restock supplies such as paper products, soap, and sanitizers in designated areas.
- Monitor and report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is used safely and maintained in good working condition.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety guidelines while performing cleaning tasks.
- Assist with special cleaning projects or additional tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in janitorial or cleaning roles is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that involve standing, bending, lifting, and moving equipment.
