Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Window Cleaner to ensure that all windows in our facilities and on our fleet are spotless and well-maintained. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, experience with various cleaning techniques, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. This role offers a chance to contribute to the overall appearance and professionalism of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain windows and glass surfaces, both interior and exterior.
• Use appropriate cleaning solutions, tools, and techniques to achieve a streak-free finish.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance of windows and glass surfaces to identify and address any issues.
• Safely use ladders and other equipment to reach high or difficult areas.
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Maintain and organize cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Report any damage or maintenance needs to supervisors.
• Ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Window Cleaner or in a similar role is preferred.
• Proficiency in using window cleaning tools and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to achieving a high level of cleanliness.
• Ability to work at heights and use ladders safely.
• Good physical stamina and ability to handle cleaning tasks.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are preferred.
