Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Journeyman RV Technician to perform maintenance, repairs, and installations on recreational vehicles (RVs). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in RV systems and components, excellent troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to providing top-notch service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic assessments and repairs on a variety of RV systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural components.
• Install and service awnings, canopies, and other outdoor accessories on RVs.
• Conduct routine maintenance on RVs to ensure they are in optimal working condition.
• Provide accurate estimates for repair and installation jobs.
• Keep detailed records of all work performed, including parts used and time spent on each job.
• Collaborate with the sales and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely completion of jobs.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and company policies.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends, techniques, and products.

Qualifications:

• Journeyman certification in RV Service Technician or a related field.
• Proven experience as an RV Technician, with a strong understanding of RV systems and repair techniques.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other RV systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
