Position Overview: We are seeking a Breakdown Detailer to manage and document the breakdown and disassembly of awnings and related structures. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills to ensure that all components are accurately recorded and prepared for reassembly or repair.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed breakdown and disassembly of awnings and related structures according to company procedures and safety standards.
- Accurately document all components, including parts, materials, and hardware, ensuring proper labeling and organization.
- Assist in the preparation of components for reassembly or repair, ensuring all items are handled and stored appropriately.
- Collaborate with the installation and maintenance teams to provide detailed reports on the condition of components and any issues encountered during the breakdown process.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and best practices.
- Support the development and improvement of breakdown procedures and documentation practices.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role or in the construction/installation industry is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and practices.
- Physical stamina and the ability to handle and transport equipment and materials.
