Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Fabricator with a strong background in metalworking to join our production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for fabricating custom awnings and structures, working with various materials to produce products that meet our high standards of quality and design.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fabricate and assemble metal components for awnings, canopies, and other custom structures according to blueprints and specifications.
- Operate and maintain fabrication equipment, including cutting, welding, and forming tools.
- Ensure all products are fabricated to precise measurements and meet quality standards.
- Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to resolve any fabrication challenges.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet design and quality requirements.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines.
- Assist in the development of new fabrication techniques and processes to improve efficiency and product quality.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Fabricator, with a strong background in metalworking and welding.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Skilled in operating fabrication tools and machinery, including welders, grinders, and saws.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Physical stamina and the ability to handle materials and equipment.
