Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Junior Process Engineer to support and optimize our engineering processes. In this role, you will work closely with senior engineers to analyze, design, and improve process systems, ensuring that they meet performance and safety standards. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the analysis and optimization of existing process systems to improve efficiency and performance
- Participate in the design and implementation of new process systems and modifications
- Conduct process simulations, data analysis, and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure process designs meet technical and regulatory requirements
- Prepare and present reports on process performance, improvements, and project status
- Support the development of process documentation, including standard operating procedures and technical specifications
- Monitor and evaluate process performance to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Assist in the training and mentoring of junior staff and support team initiatives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field
- Previous experience in process engineering or a related role is preferred but not required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in process simulation software and data analysis tools
- Good understanding of engineering principles and safety regulations
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies
