Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Production Line Worker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the production and packaging of our ice cream products. Your attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of quality will ensure that our products meet the expectations of our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure smooth and efficient operation
- Assist in the preparation and mixing of ingredients according to established recipes
- Package finished products and prepare them for shipment
- Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including cleaning machinery and equipment as needed
- Follow all safety and hygiene regulations to ensure a safe working environment
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of materials as needed
- Work collaboratively with other team members to meet production targets and deadlines
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is an asset but not required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle repetitive tasks
- Basic mechanical aptitude to operate and troubleshoot machinery
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
