Job Description:
We are seeking a versatile and dedicated Ice Cream Processing Assistant Supervisor & Casual Ice Cream Shoppe Attendant. In this dual role, you will assist in overseeing the production process of our delicious ice cream, ensuring quality and efficiency, while also helping out in the shoppe by serving customers and maintaining a clean and friendly environment. This is a casual position, perfect for someone who enjoys a variety of tasks and thrives in a dynamic setting.

Key Responsibilities:

As Ice Cream Processing Assistant Supervisor:

• Assist in supervising the daily production of ice cream, ensuring adherence to recipes and quality standards
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the production area
• Assist in training and guiding production staff
• Help manage inventory of ingredients and supplies
• Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed during production
• Assist in troubleshooting any issues that arise during the production process

As Casual Ice Cream Shoppe Attendant:

• Greet customers warmly and take their orders
• Scoop and serve ice cream, prepare sundaes, cones, and other frozen treats
• Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized shoppe environment
• Restock inventory and supplies as needed
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience for every guest

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a food production or supervisory role is an asset
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic math skills for handling transactions
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
