Job Description:
We are currently seeking a motivated and organized Retail Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our inventory, maintaining the organization of our warehouse, and ensuring that our retail spaces are fully stocked and well-presented. Your role is crucial in supporting our retail operations and ensuring that our customers have access to our products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, unload, and organize incoming shipments of merchandise
• Stock shelves and ensure that products are displayed in an appealing manner
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse and retail storage area
• Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages or discrepancies
• Assist with inventory counts, order processing, and restocking as needed
• Prepare products for shipment to other locations or customers
• Collaborate with the retail team to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
• Adhere to all safety protocols and operational procedures

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or retail setting is preferred
• Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail
• Ability to lift and move heavy merchandise
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
