Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and experienced R&D Senior Product Developer to join our Research and Development team. In this role, you will lead the development of new ice cream products, from concept to commercialization. You will work closely with our marketing, production, and quality assurance teams to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of taste, texture, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of new ice cream flavors and products, including formulation, testing, and scaling up production
- Conduct research on emerging trends, ingredients, and technologies in the food industry
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring new products to market
- Ensure all products meet regulatory requirements and internal quality standards
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to timelines and budgets
- Analyze consumer feedback and market data to refine and improve product offerings
- Provide technical support to the production team to ensure successful product launches
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and continuously seek opportunities for innovation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product development, preferably in the ice cream or dairy industry
- Strong understanding of food ingredients, formulation, and processing
- Proven track record of successfully launching new food products
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Passion for ice cream and innovation in the food industry
