Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with composure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with customer service software or CRM systems.

  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends if needed.
