Position Overview: As a member of our Clerical/Administrative Support Talent Pool, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that ensure the smooth operation of our offices. Roles may include tasks such as data entry, filing, customer service, document preparation, and general office support. Ideal candidates are organized, detail-oriented, and able to adapt to different departmental needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general clerical and administrative support to various departments.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in digital and physical formats.
- Manage and organize office files, documents, and correspondence.
- Answer phones, respond to emails, and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure that common areas are tidy and well-organized.
- Greet visitors and provide excellent customer service to clients and staff.
- Assist with special projects and tasks as required by different departments.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a clerical or administrative support role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with office equipment and general troubleshooting.
