Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome Club Level guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a smooth check-in process.
- Provide personalized recommendations for dining, entertainment, and local attractions, tailored to each guest's preferences.
- Arrange transportation, reservations, and tickets for events, ensuring all details are handled with precision.
- Offer comprehensive information about hotel amenities, services, and the local area.
- Respond to guest inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly, maintaining a high standard of guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery for Club Level guests.
- Maintain the cleanliness and ambiance of the Club Level lounge, ensuring it is well-stocked with refreshments and amenities.
- Assist in planning and executing special events and services for Club Level guests.
- Keep detailed records of guest preferences and feedback to enhance their future stays.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a concierge or luxury hospitality role is highly preferred.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in both English and French is preferred; additional languages are an asset.
