Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and personable Club Level Concierge to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-end concierge services to guests staying on our Club Level, ensuring their every need is met with efficiency and elegance. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a luxury hospitality environment and enjoys going above and beyond to create memorable guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome Club Level guests, providing a warm and personalized check-in experience.
- Anticipate guest needs and offer tailored recommendations for dining, entertainment, and local attractions.
- Arrange for transportation, restaurant reservations, tickets to events, and other guest requests with precision and discretion.
- Provide detailed information about hotel amenities, services, and the surrounding area.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery for Club Level guests.
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the Club Level lounge and ensure that it is stocked with refreshments and amenities.
- Assist with the planning and execution of special events and services for Club Level guests.
- Maintain accurate records of guest preferences and feedback to enhance future stays.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a concierge or luxury hospitality role is strongly preferred.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in both English and French is preferred; additional languages are an asset.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and a commitment to exceeding guest expectations.
- Familiarity with the local area, including dining, entertainment, and cultural attractions.
